I had my first experience with Twigzz this morning but it definitely won't be my last! I was helped by Dean Zamani who completely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for me. First off, he was able to accommodate a same day delivery and had the flowers delivered within a couple hours. Secondly, he took the time to ask me about the recipient of the flowers to create a personalized arrangement (which he nailed BTW)! Thirdly, he was very communicative throughout the entire process by sending me photos of the completed arrangement and texting me when they were delivered. Overall, Dean was so nice and accommodating and really delivered on creating a beautiful, exotic, and special arrangement for my special person. Not to mention he used a very rare and special Tulip that he had set aside for himself just because he thought it would be perfect for my taste. My partner was absolutely blown away by flowers! Thank you Dean!! Will definitely be back.
Twigzz is awesome. They create beautiful arrangements and have always exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for gorgeous Orchids or fresh cut rare finds Twigzz is your best bet. The owner is very friendly! I just discovered they do events too. Be sure to go to the One Colorado location in Pasadena next to the Patagonia.

The people who run this store can work on their politeness and professionalism. Every time I've called, the people who answer act like you are bothering them over the phone, this must be an unpleasant place to work!
I attended a beautiful event in Pasadena, CA over the weekend. I don’t live in California and was looking for a special Thank You host gift. I’m not familiar with the area and I was nervous about using a company I’ve never done business with. I’m SO glad I called TWIGZZ. Dean was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He asked questions about the occasion and gave me ideas on the arrangements. He delivered above and beyond 100%! Exceeded my expectations. (Thank you, Dean ????????)
